Theory --
A Powder is a dry, Bulk solid composed of a large number of very fine particles that may flow freely when shaken or tilted.
Powders are special sub- class of granular materials, although the terms powder and granular are sometimes used to distinguish seprate classes of material
In particular powders refer to those granular materials that have the finer grain sizes, and that therefore have a greater tendency to form clumps when flowing.
Procedure--
Powder all the ingredients if already not in fine powder. weigh each ingredients accurately and mix them throughly in the ascending order of their weights. wrap in powder paper in which inner wrapper should be waxed paper or dispense in individual well closed conatiners intended for use only once
Uses--
used as an electrolyte powder as an oral rehydration therapy i.e , during dehydration. it is to be used by dissolving the contents in the prescribed amount of water and solution used as intervals as described by the physician
